M class solar flare are unfolding and will be facing toward earth in the next couple of days. Headache producing when they are building, so if you have headaches, aches and pains this week then this is one of the resons why. You may also be experiencing electrical problems within your homes - computers and mobile phones crashing with software problems, anything that is electrical might be a little off key. Lots of energy rising throughout, so remember to be gentle with self throughout these times. Drink plenty of water, sleep, rest go for walks, take lots of breaks away from your laptop, computer or even your mobile phones, let go and surrender and trust this intense energy will pass.
