There is a lesson in every difficulty. All struggle provides reward, if only we can see the message clearly.

We assume that death brings some sort of ultimate finality. Yet upon death, the things that die remain and the animating force has gone. We must be more than this body, but we have to go beyond the senses in order to experience this subtle reality. Any practice of cultivating stillness will lend itself to this realization.
